Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore have recently implemented the 2022 version of the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN 2022). As a result, the 2017 version has been replaced and new permit applications are required using the AHTN 2022 Harmonised System (HS) codes as well as reapplication of advance rulings on classification.
